Anthropic co-founders can secretly name up to 10 successors each

Anthropic revealed that its succession plan allows its seven co-founders to name 10 successors each. The list will be kept secret and will be ranked, meaning the order of succession is predetermined. Each co-founder's list must be approved by five other co-founders, and the board's governance committee can demand that founders reconsider their choices but can't veto an approved list.
