Anthropic founders seek greater control, 50.1% voting power ahead of IPO

Anthropic has asked shareholders to approve a new structure that would give CEO Dario Amodei and six co-founders 50.1% of voting power, The Information reported. The founders would get special shares allowing them to control most company decisions, as long as three retain enough shares. Anthropic may also delay its IPO until after November’s US midterms.
