Anthropic hires former Workday CTO Peter Bailis to build HR apps

Anthropic has hired former Workday Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Peter Bailis in the technical department. The startup is reportedly planning on building its own AI-powered human resource (HR) management platform and had listed an opening for the same, The Information reported. Bailis, who had joined Workday in May last year, has a bachelor's degree in computer science from Harvard.
