Anthropic launches Claude Opus 4.6 AI model with 'agent teams'

Anthropic has released Claude Opus 4.6, an upgrade to its most advanced AI model. The update lets users create teams of AI agents to divide and handle complex tasks, and adds an adaptive thinking mode that dynamically adjusts when and how deeply the model thinks. Opus 4.6 also introduces a 1-million-token context window in beta.
