Anthropic reportedly subjects candidates to as many as five interview rounds, including a "culture interview" that some applicants described as feeling "more like therapy". According to Bloomberg, candidates are questioned about ethical dilemmas, controversial opinions and AI safety views. Some roles at Anthropic reportedly offer compensation packages worth up to $850,000 annually.
