Anthropic says Chinese AI labs copying Claude, Musk calls it 'guilty'

US-based AI firm Anthropic accused three Chinese AI firms, DeepSeek, Moonshot AI, and MiniMax, of trying to improve their own models by creating fraudulent accounts on Claude and extracting its capabilities. xAI founder Elon Musk slammed Anthropic, saying, "It's guilty of stealing training data at a massive scale and has had to pay multi-billion dollar settlements for their theft."
