Anthropic to invest $100 million to train AI engineers

Anthropic will invest $100 million in a new academy to train AI talent and help companies integrate artificial intelligence into their operations. The Claude Frontier Academy aims to train 10,000 engineers from companies in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network by the end of 2027. Employees from Accenture, Morgan Stanley, Novo Nordisk and leading consulting firms will join its first groups.
