Anti-ICE protesters & police clash in Newark, mayor orders curfew

Mayor of US' Newark, Ras Baraka, has imposed a curfew around Delaney Hall immigration detention centre after clashes between anti-ICE protestors and police. Multiple individuals have been arrested and they were possessing weapons, Baraka said in a statement. New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill last week alleged that she was denied entry to the centre when visiting with state officials.
