Anu Aggarwal reacts to 'Peddi' row, says 'Objectification was the norm 30 years ago too'

'Aashiqui' star Anu Aggarwal has said the controversy surrounding Janhvi Kapoor's portrayal in 'Peddi' reminded her of a choice she made 30 years ago. "After Aashiqui...I made it a point to hear the story before signing a film...Objectification of women was the norm. I chose to act against that norm," she stated. Anu further said responsibility rests with actors too.
