Anyone can sing 'Chaar Botal Vodka', it has no musicality: Shaan

Speaking about how the standard of music in the country has been lowered, singer Shaan said that only a few people actually understand music and not everyone can be musically educated. He added that anyone can sing songs including 'Chaar Botal Vodka' and 'Lungi Dance', adding that rap music is popular today because there is no musicality in rap songs.
