Anything beyond natural intercourse can't be labelled 'unnatural sex': High Court

A husband can't be held liable under IPC Section 377 for non-consensual "unnatural" sexual relations with his wife, the Madhya Pradesh High Court ruled. "The relationship between the husband and wife can't be confined to their sexual relationship only for purpose of procreation, but if anything is done...apart from...natural sexual intercourse, [it] shouldn't be defined as 'unnatural'," it added.
