APEDA facilitated the export of 1.3 metric tonnes of Sinduri pomegranates from Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, to Dubai via UP-based Amama Exports. The 650 boxes were procured from local farmers and the Bhuntar FPO, representing ~600 growers. Participating farmers earned 50% higher prices than domestic market rates, marking Himachal Pradesh's export diversification beyond apples.
