Apollo Micro Systems Ltd expands defence capabilities

Apollo Micro Systems' subsidiary, ADIPL, will acquire 100% of IDL Explosives for ₹107 crore in cash. IDL, the first Indian-owned explosives company (part of Hinduja Group), manufactures explosives for mining and infrastructure. This strategic acquisition positions Apollo for greater impact in the defence sector, creating an integrated, indigenized munitions and weapons solutions provider.
