Apollo Tyres receives ₹2.06 crore GST penalty order

Apollo Tyres has received tax demand and penalty of around ₹2.06 crore from the GST authority in Tamil Nadu over a dispute regarding availing of input tax credit and other issues. The company will file an appeal against the order. There is no material impact on the operations of the company due to the issue, Apollo Tyres said.
