CitizenCOP, an app developed by an Indore-based engineer Rakesh Jain, allows users to report crimes, municipal issues, and other complaints without revealing their identity. The app, released in 2013, is aimed at bridging the gap between police and citizens. CitizenCOP works in collaboration with the police and is fully operational in 25 cities including Noida, Navi Mumbai, and Varanasi.
