Apple abused dominant position in apps market through App Store: Russia

Russia's antitrust watchdog Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) on Monday ruled that Apple abused its dominant position in the apps market through its App Store. The ruling came after an investigation into a 2019 case filed by cybersecurity firm Kaspersky Lab, which said that its parental control app had been declined by Apple. Apple reportedly plans to appeal against the ruling.
