Apple can't ban links to outside App Store payments: US court

A US appeals court upheld a federal court's order that Apple should let developers on App Store provide links for third-party in-app payment options. However, it also agreed that Apple doesn't violate antitrust laws with its in-app payments system, which charges up to 30% sales commission, and can ban competing marketplaces from App Store. Apple said it'd seek further review.
