Apple criticised for ad showing outdated & backward view of Thailand

Apple is facing criticism for its recent advertisement for allegedly showing an outdated and stereotypical view of Thailand. The country's lawmakers and citizens claimed the 10-minute clip misrepresents Thailand as being underdeveloped and fails to show the modern side of their country. "I encourage Thai people to stop using Apple products and change to other brands," lawmaker Sattra Sripan said.
