Apple fired me in a snap decision, I didn't part ways: Former Apple engineer

Former Apple engineer and "Chaos Monkeys" author Antonio García Martínez has said he did not "part ways" with Apple but was fired in a "snap decision". Earlier, Apple said Martínez had left the firm after 2,000 employees had reportedly expressed concerns over his "misogynistic" and racist comments in the book. Martínez claims Apple knew about his writing before hiring him.
