Apple left Ive out of OpenAI lawsuit over his ties to Jobs' widow: Report

Apple deliberately omitted former design chief Jony Ive from its trade-secret lawsuit against OpenAI despite his design role at the company, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported. The decision was influenced by Ive's close friendship with Steve Jobs' widow, Laurene Powell Jobs. Apple also reportedly found no evidence linking Ive to the alleged trade-secret violations or OpenAI's recruitment efforts.
