Apple loses case against Swatch over 'One More Thing' catchphrase

Apple has a lost a legal battle against Swiss watchmaker Swatch, where the former claimed that the watch company used the catchphrase 'One More Thing'. Apple said it was regularly used by Co-founder Steve Jobs. While launching a set of watches in Australia, Swatch used the catchphrase, however, it said the line was picked from old detective TV serial 'Columbo'.
