Apple may bring 'Face ID' feature to MacBooks, iMacs: Report

Apple is reportedly working on bringing its 'Face ID' biometric verification feature to MacBooks and iMacs. The feature was first introduced on iPhone X and is used on iPad Pro models too. According to AppleInsider, an Apple patent application detailed a 'light recognition module' sensor which would be placed on the lid of computing devices to detect and identify users.
