Apple moves to take Epic Games to court again over fee payments

Apple is preparing to take its legal battle with video game developer Epic Games back to the US Supreme Court. Both firms have been in a legal battle after Epic Games levied external payments in its app to avoid Apple's App Store fees in 2020. Apple had sought to pause a ruling limiting how it may charge on external payments.
