Apple refuses to help family unlock dead 18-year-old's iPad

The family of an 18-year-old who died of cancer has claimed that technology major Apple has refused to assist them in unlocking an iPad containing his funeral wishes. The British family says that Apple initially asked for a death certificate and later demanded a court order, which a court is "unlikely" to grant since only one company is involved.
