Apple's integration of ChatGPT dramatically underperformed: OpenAI

ChatGPT's integration with Apple's Siri was "dramatically underperforming", OpenAI said in a court filing related to antitrust lawsuit by Elon Musk's SpaceXAI and X Corp. Launched in 2024, the integration was "off to slow start" and struggled with user adoption, partly because accessing ChatGPT through Siri needed multiple steps. It was later described as "persistently underperforming".
