Apple's operating revenue up 21% to $36 bn driven by iPhone sales
Apple reported operating revenue of $36 billion for the January-March quarter, 21% up from $29 billion a year earlier. The company’s net sales increased 17% YoY to $111 billion, driven by iPhone demand, which contributed $57 billion, followed by services at $31 billion. "Services reached an all-time revenue record, growing 16% from a year ago,” said outgoing CEO Tim Cook.
