Apple supplier Foxconn in talks to build $9 bn plant in Saudi: WSJ

Apple supplier Foxconn and Saudi Arabia are discussing building a $9 billion facility jointly that could make microchips, EV components and other electronics, the Wall Street Journal reported. Saudi Arabia is reviewing Foxconn's offer to build a dual-line semiconductor contract manufacturing facility in Neom. Foxconn is also in talks with the UAE about potentially situating the project there.
