Apple has signed an agreement to acquire photo editing app Pixelmator, the Lithuania-based company announced on Friday. Founded in 2007, Pixelmator currently develops apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad. "There will be no material changes to the Pixelmator Pro, Pixelmator for iOS, and Photomator apps at this time," Pixelmator said in a post.
