Apple to hold annual developers conference from June 8

Apple said it'll host its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) event from June 8-12, ​showcasing updates across its platform, including AI advancements, new ‌software and developer tools. After the in-person event on first day, it shall continue online all week with over 100 video sessions. This comes amid reports of Apple ‌⁠preparing to introduce advertising in its Maps app.
