Apple to invest ₹100 cr in India to develop 150-MW of clean energy
Apple has announced an investment of ₹100 crore in India to develop over 150 MW of clean energy capacity in partnership with CleanMax. The project will generate enough electricity to power over 1.5 lakh Indian households annually, Apple said. Both firms had earlier partnered for rooftop solar projects to supply renewable energy to Apple's offices and retail stores in India.
