Apple to launch AirPower wireless charging pad in 2018

Technology giant Apple on Tuesday announced that it will be launching AirPower wireless charging pad next year to charge iPhones along with the Apple Watch, and AirPods. The AirPower pad uses a new kind of charging standard to support multi-device wireless charging. Apple launched the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X on Tuesday at the Steve Jobs Theatre.
