Consumer appliances maker Atomberg Technologies has filed draft IPO papers, proposing a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹450 crore and an offer for sale of up to 76.5 million shares. The company has not disclosed the total issue size. Existing investors, including A91 Partners, Jungle Ventures, Inflexor Ventures and Steadview Capital, will sell shares.
