Applying kajal, lipstick at 2 am not sign of mental illness of wife: HC in divorce case

The Jharkhand High Court has said that applying kajal and lipstick at 2 am is not a sign of a woman's mental illness, as it rejected a divorce petition filed by her husband. He claimed that his wife's mental condition was concealed, but she alleged she was falsely labelled mentally ill for not meeting the dowry demands.
