April turns unusually wet across Himachal

Himachal has recorded a 130 per cent rainfall surplus in the first 11 days of April, making it the wettest month of the year so far. According to the State Meteorological Department, the state has received 55.8 mm of rain against a normal of 24.2 mm for this period. Eleven of the state's 12 districts have recorded excess rainfall.
