Aptus Value Housing raises ₹880 cr in round led by WestBridge

Aptus Value Housing Finance has raised about ₹880 crore in an equity funding round led by existing investor WestBridge Capital. Steadview Capital, Sequoia Capital and existing investor Malabar Investments also participated in the round. Aptus raised the funding at post-money valuation of ₹5,080 crore. It aims to achieve a loan book of ₹9,000 crore from about ₹2,650 crore by 2021-22.
