Archaeologists unearth 3500-year-old tomb in Egypt

Egyptian archaeologists have discovered a pharaonic tomb belonging to a royal goldsmith who lived more than 3,500 years ago in the city of Luxor. A shaft inside the tomb contained mummies and coffins belonging to ancient Egyptian people who lived during the 21st and 22nd dynasties. Around 150 small funerary statues carved in wood, clay and limestone were also discovered.
