Argentina declares national mourning as floods kill 16

Argentina has announced three days of national mourning after the flash floods in the Bahia Blanca city led to the deaths of at least 16 people. "I want to highlight the solidarity of the people...who always show their best side in the most difficult moments," Bahia Blanca Mayor Federico Susbielles said. Dozens of people are reportedly missing.
