Arihant Foundations partners with Empee Hotels for development

Shares of Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd clocked 2% at ₹410.10 after announcing a partnership through its SPV, Vilaya Properties LLP, with Empee Hotels Ltd. They plan to develop a Grade A commercial space adjacent to Hilton Chennai, spanning 300,000 square feet and valued at around ₹500 crore.
