Arkade Developers shares list at 37% premium to IPO price at ₹176

Shares of Arkade Developers made their debut on stock markets at ₹176 per share on Tuesday. This marks a premium of around 37% over its issue price of ₹128 per share. The listing premium is however lower than the reported 50% grey market premium ahead of the listing. The ₹410-crore IPO of the real estate company was subscribed 106.83 times.
