Armenia & Azerbaijan agree to peace talks over Nagorno-Karabakh

Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed to peace talks over disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, following a meeting between the countries' leaders on Wednesday. The countries will set up bilateral border commission by April end, according to a statement by Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan. The move comes amid reports of recent clashes in region, two years after large-scale conflict broke out there.
