Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict: Is Turkey-India fighting Proxy War?

Armenia accused neighbour Azerbaijan of trying to escalate tensions. Conflict between the two former Soviet republics has wider geopolitical implications as Turkey, which shares a border with Armenia, is backing Azerbaijan. Regional and global players particularly Russia, Europe, Turkey, India and Iran are also involved to secure their strategic, security and economic interests in the region.
