Army chief General Dwivedi justifies shifting photo of Pakistan's surrender in 1971 war

Indian Army chief General Upendra Dwivedi justified shifting the photo of Pakistan's surrender in the 1971 war from the Raisina Hill office to Manekshaw convention centre. He said it was replaced by painting 'Karam Kshetra' made by Lt Col Thomas Jacob, "who belongs to the younger generation in the force". He added the painting connects the past, present and future.
