Army Major called 1 of his 3 girlfriends to confess Shailza's murder

Army Major Nikhil Handa called one of his three girlfriends in Delhi and confessed he allegedly murdered his colleague Army Major Amit Dwivedi's wife Shailza, Delhi Police said on Wednesday. The woman Major Handa called, thought he was bluffing, disconnected the phone call and didn't inform the police. Earlier, Handa confessed to killing Shailza for refusing his marriage proposal.
