Army officer saves accident victim's life by giving timely CPR

Major General VK Patra, an Indian Army Medical Officer, helped save the life of a road accident victim in Uttarakhand. He had been travelling when he noticed bystanders gathered around a motionless motorcyclist and was informed that the victim had succumbed to his injuries. Major General Patra examined the victim and found him unresponsive, upon which he started CPR.
