Army veteran flags error in tricolour draping in 'Op Safed Sagar'

Colonel Vembu Shankar, an Indian Army veteran, has noted an error in a scene depicting Indian Air Force Squadron Leader Ajay Ahuja's last rites in 'Operation Safed Sagar'. "This is an incorrect draping of the Indian National Flag on a coffin as per the Flag Code of India," noted Shankar, adding, "I am shocked how the authorities...have overlooked this fact."
