Arnold Dix leads Nepal tunnel rescue after Uttarakhand fame

Australian tunnel rescue expert Arnold Dix, who saved 41 workers in Uttarakhand's Silkyara tunnel in 2023, is now remotely guiding rescue ops in flood-hit Nepal, where 150+ hydropower plant workers are trapped across multiple collapsed tunnels. He called the rescue of two workers from Trishuli 3A tunnel 'something the world has never seen before.'
