Arrest of ex-Maha minister Kokate delayed due to medical grounds

The arrest of former Maharashtra minister Manikrao Kokate has been delayed after hospital authorities said he was unwell and scheduled for a coronary angiography on Friday evening. Kokate resigned after being stripped of his portfolios following his conviction in a 1995 cheating and forgery case. Nashik police said they would proceed with the arrest after the medical procedure is completed.
