Arrest warrant issued against owners of Goa nightclub where fire killed 25, managers arrested

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has said that an arrest warrant has been issued against the owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub where a fire killed 25 people. He added that managers of the nightclub and several others have already been arrested. "Whoever is found guilty will be put behind bars," Sawant further said.
