India's 23-year-old fast bowler Arshdeep Singh took three wickets in his first over for India after Asia Cup 2022 during the first India-South Africa T20I in Thiruvananthapuram. Arshdeep dismissed Quinton de Kock, Rilee Rossouw and David Miller in the second over of South Africa's innings. Arshdeep conceded seven runs in the over. He was rested for the Australia T20I series.
