Artemis II astronauts create history, travel farther from Earth than any human ever
NASA's Artemis II crew has travelled farther from Earth than any human in history, breaking Apollo 13's 56-year-old record of 4,00,171 km set in 1970. Astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen reached the milestone on Day 6 of their 10-day mission aboard Orion spacecraft. In a few hours, they'll make their closest approach to Moon.
